Delivery & Returns

Returns:  If you are returning goods to us which have been ordered through our website, please wrap the goods carefully and securely, providing us with your full contact details (e.g. a copy of your Receipt /Order No.), and return them to us at the address shown below.  Returned goods must be unused and in their original condition and remain the customer’s responsibility until safely received by us.  The postage & packing charge and return postage costs are not refundable.  Standard Royal Mail Postage will be refunded where goods are faulty.

Exchanges:  If you wish to exchange an item for another size, please follow the Returns information above and please also enclose £4 (in coins or stamps) towards the return shipping costs.

Gift Wrapping

We are unable to wrap all items but we do offer a Gift Bag which can be purchased with your order and a gift message added too.

The Gift Bag is however only suitable to hold one belt or a combination of a dog collar and lead. For any additional requirements then please contact us at info@pioneros.co.uk
